Some time ago my LR external hard drive's index became corrupted*. When I had the images professionally retrieved all of the virtual images, keywords, ratings, folder names, etc. were missing, although EXIF info such as settings remain with each image. The original folder names are still visible, but grayed out and marked with a "?" in LR. Most images are visible, but with a "!" indicating that the image cannot be found.
I would like to replicate the Develop settings that I had applied to several virtual images. I can see these grayed out settings when I open a lost virtual image in Develop mode. Is there some way to replicate these previously applied changes other than making a list and trying to duplicate each step?
*Yes, the ex hd was backed up, but due to auto-backups completed prior to the problem being discovered, all of my backup hard drives duplicated the error!
