On iphone once I imported them in LR CC mobile? Will the originals remain in LR and will the originals be on desktop when I get home? In the folder From iphone? A week in into a month long trip and my 256 gb phone claims that it is full... so I need to work around. I really need to know if it is ok to ditch from my phone... iphone7+ 256 gig.

Once they're imported into LRCC, you're ok to delete from Photos app as they've been copied into LR's own space. Personally I'd wait until they've uploaded to the cloud. I'm assuming that you have a large enough subscription to have them all stored in the cloud so they can all download into your home desktop when you get back.

Since I use Classic CC, and only use the cloud to transfer photos from the phone to desktop (much less hassle than through iTunes), I created a folder (ios download), cataloged in LR, and move all of my synced photos there (severing any sync issues I believe)? Then I delete all from my phone, which removes them from the cloud.
