Technical question, does Lightroom use the files with the correction applied or without the correction?

I believe with, but because the individual images need to be distorted to match into the panorama, I doubt if it would make much difference.

Merge to PANORAMA ignores most develop settings applied to the individual RAW images. However, there are a couple that it does take into account and I believe that lens correction is one of them.
