I need to print wallets of 178 images (2 wallets each). I will do this on my Epson printer. I can't figure out how to set this up automatically in Lightroom without dragging and dropping each image. Any tips on the most efficient way to do this would be great.

I assume you mean two images the same on one 6x4inch print?

Select the 178 images in grid view,
Goto the Print module, set Layout Style to "Picture Package"
Click on [Page Setup], set printer for 6x4" paper. (Vertical or Horizontal?)
In the "Cells" panel, add two cells to the page. Cell sizes can be re-sized by dragging cell 'handles' or sliders in the Cell Panel.
In the Print Job Panel, set [Print to...] as Printer.
Below the image window set [Use:] to [Selected Photos]
Load the printer with 180 sheets of 6x4" paper.
Click on [Print]

There are some finer adjustment you may need to make in Image Settings and Page panels-
Rotate to Fit
Zoom to Fill
Photo Border
Stroke
Page Background
Watermarking
Identity Plate
etc, etc.

Thank you for the information. Actually, I wasn't clear but I meant two images per wallet on 8x10 paper. I could do 8 unique images on an 8x10 and print each sheet twice. Can you advise how to do that?

Ok, this time use "Single Image/Contact Sheet"
Set the Printer Page setup for 8x10" paper.
Set the Layout "Page Grid" for 2 columns 4 rows. (& Margins, cell spacing, etc) (or 2 columns 5 rows)
In the printer Dialog - set "Number of Copies" = 2

So you get 2 copies of 8 photos on a 'contact sheet'. And if you have selected 16 photos you will need 4 sheets of paper, etc.
Lr will continue to add selected photos to prints until it finishes printing every page twice.
Your 178 photos will need 45 sheets of 8x10 paper to complete the print job.
