The FAQ refers to a file lrcat-shm I cannot seem to locate this. Can anyone provide some guidance?

Page 438 of "The Missing FAQ"-
"*.lrcat-shm and *.lrcat-wal files contain
blocks of data that are in the middle
of being written to the catalog. They
should automatically disappear when you
close Lightroom, but if Lightroom quits
abnormally, they’ll get removed at the next
startup."
