There are a bunch of subfolders in my Cruise folder but only one displays in the Cruise folder. When I Sync I get an "unknown error" on a list of mp4 files that are in a subfolder of one of the subfolders that doesn't appear in the Cruise folder.

How do I get all the subfolders in my Cruise folder to appear in the Cruise folder?

Is there a limit on folder depth?

I fooled around with the "Add a folder" and import options.

I've found that LR has trouble with some movie formats. Maybe your mp4 movies are encoded in a format not recognized by LR. Try converting them in a program like VLC Player.

As far as I know, there is no limit to the depth of subfolders

Thanks for that suggestion Alan, I'll try using a different format.

I see we are both in SD.
