How to down load lightroom classic to another internal hard drive
 
What is it that you are trying to move from one drive to another? The LR Catalog? Your image files? Or, both?
 
It's still not clear what you mean by "lightroom" in this context. If you mean the catalog, previews and image files, there's no problem in having those on a different drive (internal or external, but the catalog cannot be on a network drive).

But if you mean you want the actual program executable files to be installed onto a different drive, I believe you can use the settings in the Creative Could Desktop app to set a different installation location (Setting>Apps tab).
