Somehow, the way that dates are displayed in the Library Module Metadata display has changed from from the hierarchical Year -Month - Day format (i.e. 2021/June/17) to 2021-06-17, see screen shot below, meaning that I cannot filter by year, then months, then day. Restarting Lightroom doesn't bring back the default format.

How can I get this back?

If you click on the Context Menu icon at the top-right of the column-

You can then change from a 'Flat' list to a 'Hierarchical' list.-
