Unable to view smart collection in Lr or Lr Mobile

I may be doing something wrong but I am not able to see smart collections on the mobile or cloud-based Lr. Is this not supported?

I have Windows 10
Android phone

No, Smart Collections cannot be synced from Classic to the cloud, and there is no equivalent to Smart Collections (e.g. Smart Albums) in the Lightroom cloud apps.

This is what you need to do. Create a static collection that can sync to the cloud. Select all of the images currently in the smart Collection and drag them to the new static collection. If the Smart collection changes you will need to update the paired static collection manually.
