PS creating new folder when saving back to LR

1. macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently had to reinstall my OS & therefore LR & PS.

Now if I export to PS to edit & save, a new folder is created in LR with the photo in it. It does not go back to the original folder I exported from. The folder is only new in LR, whenI go tofinder it is in the correct folder.

I have attached a screenshot. 1. folder where the file came from, 2. New folder created on saving in PS.

It's probably the "capitalisation problem", often caused with new OS installs when a file-name gets slightly changed in respect of the capitalisation, such as changing the first letter of the user-name.
