Question or Description of Problem:
I have a keyword list that organized with the following hierarchy 1-0 WHO>1-01 AGE>Child
When I select Child the keyword Child<1-01<AGE is automatically entered.
How can the 1-01 AGE be removed and just have keyword Child entered

The reason for the "<1-01<AGE" is for disambiguity. Your Keyword hierarchy contains at least one other keyword "Child" nested somewhere else in you keyword list. The "<1-01<AGE" is saying that this "Child" is a child of "1-01" which is a child of "AGE". If you want to remove the "<1-01<AGE" then you need to reduce the keyword list to only one instance of "Child" so that it is clear that the keyword child is the only keyword with that character string (Child) in the list.

Look at the settings above the field where you enter the keywords. You can set this to show the keywords only, or the entire keyword hierarchy. I'm typing this on my iPad, so I can't add a screenshot to show it.
