How to disable LR mobile?

Exact Lightroom Version (Help menu > System Info):
I have a laptop with LR 6.12 that I must use in an area without internet. I am constantly pestered
by LR mobile trying to start up.
There must be a way to stop it??

What do you mean? LR mobile does not run on laptops, only on phones and tablets. What's the exact message that you are being pestered with?

If by LR Mobile, you mean the LR attempts to sync to the cloud, this can be paused by clicking on the dropdown menu on the Identity Plate.

I had Lightroom mobile on my phone for a while but evidently it was a trial version. I kept getting a little reminder in the upper left corner on my desktop version "Your Lightroom Mobile Trial has expired". It was more a nag than a problem. It disappeared when I updated to version 6.14 from my earlier version. So for maybe 6 months the nag warning stayed so I never did fix it, it just went away with the update.
