Dropbox forced a folder structure change today. In order to recognize the new structure, I had to synchronize Lightroom. When I did that, the captions on my videos were lost. Help!

Restore the most recent backup of the catalogue.

That will then mean your video files / folders are shown as missing. Use the Find Missing Folders and Find Missing Photos commands to point the folders in LR to the folders on your hard drive. Don't Synchronize.
