Is there a way to export an image to a USB drive? An option to export to USB is not on the drop down list in the export to.

Use the Export to Hard Drive Export preset. Choose "Export to a Specific Folder" and navigate to the mounted USB Drive.

Another question(s)
I currently have Version 6.14 Perpetual License and want to look in to going to the cloud and have many questions. Is that something I post here or is there some place to go read about it ?

You should ask your perpetual vs. subscription question in a separate thread. Before you do, you might look over the list of articles in the Lightroom Queen website
