I’d love to be able to answer everyone’s Lightroom questions personally, but there simply aren’t enough hours in the day, so email support is limited to Premium Members only.
Premium Members Priority Email
If you’re a Premium Member, you can use the Premium Email Support links in the Members Area to jump to the top of my inbox.
To do so, log in to your account, then scroll down to the My Content sidebar. Depending on your Premium Membership level, you may see LR5 Premium Email Support or LR4 Premium Email Support. (LR5 is obviously for LR5 questions, LR4 is for LR4 questions…).
The form on the Premium Email Support pages are automatically filled in with your account details, so you can just enter your message. Adding your operating system and Lightroom version save a lot of time when answering Lightroom questions. Screenshot is often even better (and you can add one attachment of up to 2MB using that form, or email slightly larger/additional ones).
I’ll reply by email, usually within 48 hours (and often less).
