To log in, click My Account on the menubar and enter your email address and password. If you haven’t set a password yet, or you don’t know the correct password, click Lost your password? to send a password reset email.
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to the Members Area. You can return to it later by clicking My Account in the menubar. Here’s a quick guided tour:
The main pages are:
Account Profile – update your email address, password, and other profile information that helps us send you newsletters you’ll be interested in.
Forum Profile – set/update your forum display name
Newsletter Archive – previous newsletters, in case you missed any
Content & Downloads – eBooks, other downloads, Premium contact forms, etc. To learn more about downloading your eBooks, visit this page.
Memberships – check the expiry dates of your current memberships and extend/renew existing memberships.
Previous Orders – recent orders for your reference. These currently only date back to the introduction of this new shopping cart (Feb 2019).
Book Registration – registration form for books purchased through third-parties such as Amazon, B&N, etc.
