If you’ve booked a support call, we can use Skype or Adobe Connect. Adobe Connect allows me to control your screen at your request, whereas Skype allows viewing only.
To use Skype, you’ll need:
- A Skype account
- A computer with microphone (many laptops have a microphone built in) and speakers. A webcam is not needed.
- The Skype application installed and signed in (Windows / Mac)
