windows parallel reinstallation, files still in place, LR2 mogrify error

My computer just had a virus and dell performed a parallel installation, overwriting windows files but maintaining documents, photos, etc intact.

-I've reinstalled LR2 from a disc.
-I've updated to 2.5.
-I've redownloaded mogrify and the latest imagemagick.
-I've made sure the photos have a full 1:1 preview built.

Original files are digital negative from canon raw.

Settings:
Export to: folder on desktop
template: filename, type, jpeg
template: type, jpeg, color settings: sRGB

image sizing:
1'''x1''', do not enlarge, 125 ppi

No output sharpening

Metadata: add copyright watermark

path of mogrify application:
c:\program files\adobe\adobe photoshop lightroom 2.5\modules\imagemagick-6.5.7-3\mogrify.exe

two text annotations:
moore photography, both bottom right, one white, one black

after export, do nothing.

I have had almost no problems with this before, but after doing the reinstall, I am getting this error:
bad arguement #1 to '?' (string expected, got no value) (41)

Any suggestions?

Well since I use mogrify to watermark my photos, I use it on almost every export. I haven't tried any other plugins though since for this export I was trying to go to my desktop.

Just try an export without Mogrify and see what happens.
