I'm trying to create an Arizona Christmas card line. I'm newer to photography and didn't notice the glaring reflection in this photo because I was watching the model. is this fixable?

Yes, but I would use Photoshop to do it.
Set the foreground as it own layer and put any Background you like
If you want to keep the background layer, use content aware fill to replace the glare reflection with the blinds
