Why does Lightroom show a different capture time beteween the RAW files and JPGs

Ok this is really f[COLOR=#8'''8']****[/COLOR]d up stuff. After exporting the RAW files as JPEGS, the capture time on the JPEGS are different from the RAW files. I don't understand why. I haven't changed any settings inside Lightroom and yet I can't figure out why it does this. Fortunately not all JPG files are affected, but some JPG files from particular dates are given different capture dates after it's outputted from the RAWS. Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Edit: So after exporting more and more files, I notice that all of my JPEGs are at least 1 hour off from the capture time that is being displayed inside LR 2.2. Am I missing something here? Is this a bug or what?

Ok, let's take Flickr out of the equation for a minute. If you reimport the exported jpegs, what date does LR think the jpeg has? Does it match the raw?

This is really strange stuff. If I reimport the exported JPG back into LR, the times are correct. Yet, when I upload it to Flickr, the time difference is there. Windows Photo Gallery also shows the difference in capture time.

I find it really strange that there aren't more responses in this thread. Am I the only one that is experiencing this "time problem" with LR? Thx to another individual for bringing this up for me, but it seems like this bug have been affecting LR since the 1.x days.

I'm using LR with Canon RAW files taken with a XTi in Vista if that matters.

All of my files are GMT, so I don't see time zone differences. ;)

Ok, so I'm getting confused following this same thread on 2 different forums!

So you said (on POTN) that Jeffrey's Exif Viewer showed the same times as LR for the dates/times, but showing the modified date as the one matching Flickr. Have I got that right?

Well, seeing as the data in the file is obviously correct in the Exif data itself, I'd be inclined to say that Flickr not showing the correct date is a Flickr problem.

I've just started seeing a similar problem, and I think I see the cause.

I process my RAW files in LR2.2 and export psds which are batch-processed in CS7 and saved as jpegs. When I sort the jpegs by 'date taken' in windows explorer, some of them show the correct capture day but a time of 12:'' a.m. as though the time field is all zeros.
When I study the affected files I see that the capture time was nn:nn:'' and the exported exif date is not eg "2''8-11-11Tnn:nn:''+12:''" but "2''8-11-11Tnn:nn+12:''".
In other words when the capture time has zero seconds the zeros are disappearing and other applications can't cope with the partial time.

I've found some similar 'zero seconds' photos from a year ago that exported the zeros properly, and some from a couple of months ago that are faulty, so this might be a v2 issue. Hope this helps ?

Some of the postings at the Adobe forum is leading me to think that this problem has existed since the 1.x days.

Victoria, I'm curious why you're not experiencing this problem as well. Are you doing something that is different from me?

Well, it may be that I could reproduce it if I had enough time to time it properly, but I never look at timestamps in other programs.

Sgt_Strider, can we back up a moment? What's the actual original problem you're trying to solve?

Is it that you're trying to get Flickr to display a particular date, or are you just using Flickr as a debugging tool to view the metadata?
