Why aren't my watermarks sticking to my images?

I have been using the watermarking feature on the beta version for a few weeks now with no problems, now all of a sudden they are not working. I select the watermark I want to use in the web tab and it just doesn't show on the image. I haven't changed anything, it's just not working now :'(

Erm, ok, well, it's an early beta, so there aren't any tried and tested solutions yet, so let's try a little trial and error...

1. Does it work when exporting normally?
2. Does it work if you change the watermark, perhaps to a very simple text one?
3. Have you tried a clean catalog yet?
