white screen viewing slide show using internet explorer

When I or my clients view a slide show I created in Lightroom 1.4 using Internet Explorer we often get a white screen instead of the slide show. When we view the same using Firefox it works perfectly. I have downloaded Adobe flash reader and it doesn't help. Is there a setting in Lightroom that I'm missing or something wrong with the way IE is configured ( I do have JavaScripting enabled). Any help would be appreciated.

Can you view other flash sites ok in IE?

The fact that it works ok on other people's IE (mine included) would suggest that the gallery itself if ok.

Which gallery template is that that you've used? Do other gallery templates work ok in IE for you?

I am using a template from Slideshow Pro called wet reflection. I have not tried any other templates. Your correct, I have posted this on NAPP.

Just try a couple of other flash templates then Allen - that'll help narrow down whether the problem is with the gallery or your IE.
