Where has my sync tab gone ?

When i am in Develop module i don't see a sync tab at the bottom of the panel but there is suppose to be one there right ??

I just see previous and reset..

Only if you have multiple images selected in the filmstrip.

And if you wish to "Auto Sync", press Alt to change the meaning of the button. I was once caught with that one having only one image selected...
