What is the minimum JPEG compression level do you guys use for LR 2.0?

What is the lowest JPEG compression level do you guys use with Lightroom 2.' for printing as well as uploading to the web? I guess what would do it for me is what is what value will give me a difficult time detecting JPEG compression artifacts for an image that have a resolution on the long edge of 972.

For email I use 5', for Web I use 6', unless it's got graduated area, then I use 7'.

Seeing this level Sean uses, I am going to experiment, but I usually use 1'' for all photos I send to print, and 7' for those I export and display on the web.

I use 1'' for print as well, better safe than .......
