Huge collections of presets usually means really low quality presets, and you have to ask yourself what you actually want to accomplish with that. While presets can be useful for imitating specific looks, in most cases it's quicker to simply adjust the photo to get the result you want rather than scrolling through hundreds or thousands of presets.

Preset bundles are of two types and are not interchangeable. Develop Presets for RAW files won't provide the same result on a JPEG images that has already been processed in the camera and vice versa.
Also Presets developed for one camera brand images usually don't provide the same results for images other camera brands

There are plenty of free develop presets to cover most situations that paying for them seems a waste of money.
Commercial Develop presets are a useful learning tool. If you really want stunning photos, learning which develop adjustments are used by commercial presets and being able to apply them as needed on your own images is an invaluable education.
