Weird image distortion at import

Anyone seen this before? I went and looked at the original image on the camera, and it's fine, doesn't have the slight shift and different hue that this one does.

Of 56 images imported 1'-15 are messed up like this.

Going to delete and try reimporting.

Anyone know the cause?

Deleted and reimported. Fixed.

Were you importing from a card reader or direct from the camera?

Did you find a fix or just reimport?

First time, importing from card reader.

Second time, copied images over to folder on desktop.

Reimported the whole set.

Try a different reader or direct from Camera. Still getting this?
