web export crashes Lightroom

Hi,

Having used Lightroom continuously from the earliest beta with no real problems I've now hit my first major bug.
Put simply every time I try to export a web site Lightroom crashes, this happens whether I am using the Lightroom or 3rd Party galleries (which I have now removed) I'm building the site with around 5'' .dng files ( I've also tried with .jpgs) all goes well until I hit export. The progress bar starts then after about 1' seconds LR crashes. It's happening with both HTML and Flash galleries. I've tried all the obvious fixes, trashing preferences, re installing, fixing permissions.
The files are stored on an internal mirrored raid disc, I have also tried with files imported from the startup disc but no luck.

Any ideas ?

are you simply exporting the web gallery to a local drive or uploading? I have not had any reports of LR crashing on upload/export from my users at all. very strange

Hi Jo,

I'm just exporting to my local disc, from what I can tell from the progress bar LR seems to crash whilst building the site before it starts exporting.
