watched folder importing

I am trying to shoot tethered and have LR2.2 import automatically. I set up my camera utility, a watched folder, auto import settings and enabled it. I also set up my catalog import preferences to convert to dng upon import. All works as should except LR does not convert my CR2 images to dng when importing.

Grasping at straws.....

Can you select a 1D MarkIII CR2 file in the library and manually convert it to DNG.

Library - Convert photo to DNG

check if it does that correctly.

Any import settings for AutoImport are set in the AutoImport dialog. There isn't an option to convert to DNG when using AutoImport.
