View Options - how to Show briefly

In Develop View Options/Loupe Info: the "Show briefly when photo changes" option remains grey and cannot be checked. Would like to have the info show up only briefly - wonder how to do this.

You need to uncheck the "Show Info Overlay" box first, then the "Show Briefly" boxes become enabled.
