Very strange shortcut problem

I have LR 1.4.1 on win Xp Sp3. That is the second time that I install it, but I face the same silly problem: "ctrl+[" or " ctrl+]" rotation shortcuts doesn't work. That seems stupid but is very annoying when your work in fullscreen.
Please help, I can't go through this. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

Is it a UK/US keyboard design? OR another language? Could you have an operating system shortcut assigned for those?

Thank you for the answer and for the welcome. I've an Italian keyboard, but I don't think to have any other shortcut assigned for them.

I have a vague recollection that there are some localization issues with keyboard shortcuts, but I've never taken a lot of notice.

As I understand it, there may be a way of changing shortcuts in foreign language versions using the translatedstrings.txt file, but I've never tried it myself. This thread might help though: http://www.adobeforums.com/webx?128@@.3bc366b8
