Using Transporter to tag files

Hi all, I'm new here but I've been using Lightroom for a very long time. I've just never really delved into all the possibilities available in LR.

It states that you can use LR/Transporter to mark files..
I downloaded the plug-in, installed it (donated and got a serial number), but when I'm in the Library Module and I go to Plug-in Extras, it only shows the option to Export Metadata Using LR/Transformer. No option for marking files. I've removed, reinstalled, restarted, etc... and I can't seem to figure out how to get this to work.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Can you explain in more detail what you mean when you say "tag" files or "mark" files?

It's under Library menu > Plugin Extras - the one you're looking at is under the File menu.
