My computer has three hard drives: 2 x SSD and one, larger, HDD. The first SSD (C-drive) is now almost full of my images so I want to store new images, and some existing ones, elsewhere. Can I simply move, say, half of my folders within LRC from the C- to the D-drive and Lightroom will still recognise them as belonging to my one and only catalog ?

Thanks.

Yes, You can do this in the folder panel. Lightroom will update the path in the catalog file.
If you do this outside of Lightroom, then the path in the catalog file will be out of date and you will need to update the path in the catalog manually.

Thanks Cletus, this worked. I did have to import one random image from the D-drive in the first place to get that drive to show up in the folder panel, but once that was done it was plain sailing.
