I would appreciate some really clear step by step help to accomplish the following with the least hassle!
I currently have LR 1.3.1 with just under 18,''' images on my PC. I also have LR 2 installed but have only played around with it and only have one image.
I now have an iMac and I want to move my images and catalogue to LR2 on the iMac.
I have a Freeagent USB backup drive that is large enough to hold all my images and the catalogue. In this case it would presumable be best to keep one catalogue on my internal hard drive backing it up with Time Machine to a second (or third) external drive?
I have been considering keeping all the images on one or more external hard drives particularly as my new images will be 3 times the size of those taken with my old EOS3''D.
Any advice would be most welcome
