Is it posible to upgrade from Lightroom 4 to 6 and purchase an outright upgrade licence?
If it is then Adobe are certainly not making it a simple process.I just keep going round and round.
If they don't want us to upgrade and stay loyal why not just say so then we can look elsewhere.
For my limited use I am not interested in a monthly payment scheme.
A good example of how to loose customers I think.

Agreed it is a tricky thing to do but I have done it today as follows:

How to convert a Lightroom CC trial to Lightroom 6

The link is pretty straightforward to follow.

You have to buy a Lightroom 6 licence but there is not much point in loading the programme from the Disc provided in the box because it will beout of date and RAW files from newer cameras are not supported.
Instead, follow the steps in thelink above and you will convert the cc version to Lightroom 6 with the latest RAW conversion capability.
