Operating System: Windows 10

Lightroom Version: 2015.10 Classic
(Please go to Help menu > System Info to double check the exact version number)

Question or Description of Problem: When I attempt to update, I get error message 87 saying that another installer is running. I called GeekSquad, they recommended opening Task Manager > Windows Installer then right-clicking "end task." Did this but the error message persists. Any solutions?
