Undoing an adjustment to all files

Hey I've just (well a few days ago actually but have only just realised) applied an adjustment to all the images in a folder, instead of the few i intended - is there a way of undoing this quickly - at the moment, I'm going through each file and stepping back one step in History and it's taking forever!

There's no way to do it within LR, assuming you can't get there with Undo.

You might consider whether it's easier reverting to a backup, and then moving forward again from there...
