Unable to download 2015.6 update

I keep getting the message that it unable to access Adobe servers because of firewall. I turned off Windows firewall and anti-virus but keep getting the same error. I am using a new router since I last used the cc updater but not sure what to change in the router settings. Router model is Linksys WRT 1900 ACS. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

After chatting with Adobe support, he discovered that the problem was the dns settings on my network
