TTG: Question about update and lost preferences

Hi,

I used the three excellent TTG components LR pages, Auto Index and HTML Gallery for my homepage. With pleasure I donated.

Now, after a while, I have two questions:

1. Can I upgrade to the current versions without spending money? Or do I have to buy the new versions at the normal price?

2. Somehow the preferences are gone. As far as I understand, the web module saves the preferences if I use a collection as source. Unfortunately my homepage collection, which I used with LR pages, now shows the standard "lorem ipsum" text and all my adjustments are gone. Is this a consequence of upgrading from 2.1 to 2.4? Where are the informations stored?
