Hi there.

I'm really trying to organize and get all my photos in lightroom.

What do you all find is the best method for travel?
I try to bring my harddrive with me, but it's tough ...
If the harddrive not plugged in the little exclamation marks appear, even though I made smart previews.
Is there a way to make smart previews after importing from a while ago?

They are all already imported but does that mean I need to bring my harddrive everywhere?
Because some of them are blurry - i thought i made smart previews. I just don't get it.
I need a method for uploading copious amount if photos. My canon won't let me upload onto my external harddrive ...
Uploading raw photos just takes up so much space on my computer it fills up so fast and I have to keep moving and deleting that way.
Uploading them to lightrrom woud be ideal.
If I edit them in lightroom I have to export the edited photo to get the edited photo correct?

Ahhhh help!

That normally means you do not have smart previews for those images.

Select them, then choose menu 'Library - Previews - Build Smart Previews'.
