Trouble "Batch" Importing Presets Lightroom CC 2015 - Advice Please

I just purchased my first set of Presents from a developer. When I go to import I get a message that I cannot import "multiple files from this location" which is the unzipped folder in my PC "Downloads" folder. I have no trouble importing them one at a time but it is very tedious. Any advice will be appreciated. I am running Windows 7 on a Dell PC.

Many thanks for any advice, insights or recommendations.

Go to Preferences/Presets Tab and click on "Show Lightroom Presets Folder...". This will lead you to the folder in Windows Explorer. Quit Lightroom, move the entire purchased preset folder to this location and restart Lightroom.
