Trial to Purchased version install ??'s

I have the trial version installed, which is now beyond the trial period. I just purchased Lightroom and would like advice on the best/right way to get it installed.
I want to be sure that I don't lose any work that has been done while using the trial software.

Also, I understand I can install the software on my desktop and my laptop. The laptop uses Vista - are there problems when using Lightroom with Vista?

What version is the Purchased Version? If the trial is a later version (likely, or the same) then just put the Serial Number in the trial. No need for a re-install. Look under menu Help/Lightroom Registration...

Thanks Geoff, I'll be installing today and will be sure to post any problems there might be. I guess Vista's been around long enough now for software apps to work out most of the issues...
