Transferring data from an old subscription

I get the Adobe CC suite from my employer. Without notifying us, my employer ended our subscriptions and started new subscriptions for everyone. Everything I had set up in Lightroom can't be accessed (i.e. presets, photos, photo settings, etc). I can see my pictures, but can't do anything with them. Syncing is also disabled, and it says no storage information is available for the cloud. Is there any way to get my presets and pictures into my new Lightroom account?

You might try contacting Adobe customer services.

Or use the Downloader https://lightroom.adobe.com/lightroom-downloader . This downloads all the photos from the account, with settings, and you should then be able to upload them again.
