In the Develop module - when selecting the eyedropper tool for white balance, the dropper tool changes back to the hand when I am in the image, not allowing me to set the white balance. When I go back to the tool palette - LR thinks I have the Eyedropper tool. This happens after I have been in Photoshop working on an image, then go back to LR and select another image to develop. Once I close the 2 programs and then go back to Lightroom, the tools work as expected.
Seems that other tools are non responsive during this time too.

Welcome to the forum.
I can't test this immediately as I am in the middle of a large import and don't want to slow it down. First though, I haven't seen this on my system, could you please take a minute to fill in your signature with info similar to mine (in the UserCP top left of page) so w can better help you.
Thanks.
