Where can I find a complete list of LR tokens for the supstituteable parameters used in Export file names, Slideshow Titles etc. The usual ones like {filename»} etc. are easy enough to come by but I would like to see a complete list.

I haven't seen such a list... you may have just volunteered to create it.

The most complete list of tokens that I have seen is a listing for Jeffery Freidl's Plug-ins. I'm not sure if this is a complete list or if it is specific to Jeffery's plugins or if it represents the tokens in a 'lua' script that LR will honor.
