Tiff to small files to e-mail?

What is the easy way to send a small jpeg (for e-mail) of a large tiff file from the develope mode? I am used to PSE 4 but want to learn How to do it in Lightroom.

Yes, choose file>export with preset>for email from the file drop down menu.

You need to have your mail program set up in the Export Actions folder. On Mac have an Alias of Mail.app there. On PC, you need to go to Lightroom-extra.com and look for the MAPI mailer in the Other Goodies section.

Only if you want to place it in an email directly. From export with preset>email it exports to a folder in email size.
