Thumbnails out of focus

Hi there. I'm experiencing a weird problem. I am doing an initial edit in Lightroom, and am just going through and selecting my keepers. When I click on a picture, or move from one to the next using the arrow keys, the picture seems to lose it's focus. But when I open it in Develop, it is sharp. I had initially removed the sharpness from all the pictures, but when I thought this might be the problem, I put it back up to the default (25). This did not solve the problem. Any suggestions? This is really starting to hurt my eyes.

Welcome Jill.
Did you build previews on import. Develop shows on the fly views of the image. Library shows prebuilt previews.

Hi Don. I don't think it is a rendering problem, as the thumbnails render just fine. It is only when I click on the image that the focus slips. Does that make sense?

I think I got it. I am rebuilding standard previews. I hope this works!! Thanks for your help Don!
