I just bought a Lenovo flex 5 laptop.

The color of photos which display in laptop screen is different from external monitor via HDMI (Both resolution are 1920x1080).

What is this issue? How to update laptop screen displaying?

Have you calibrated either or both monitors?

Calibration should bring them as close as possible, but do not expect them to become identical. Different monitors can display different colors, so there will always be some differences.

Your calibration tool should include a review of the the gamut coverage of each of your monitors. This likely shows one has better coverage than the other. On my desktop, I have an ASUS monitor and cheap old Dell secondary monitor. Both are calibrated but I would never expect the Dell to show colours as good as the ASUS.
