Hi There,

I'm from the North Eastern part of Pennslyvania. My conversoin to digital photography came in early 2''7 which makes me a new comer to this process. My hopes are to avoid some of the beginner mistakes so that that I can continue to produce and sell nature prints to the public.

For the last month I have been trying to absorb everything that this site has to offer. This site has great organization and has already helped me in many ways. Please keep up the good work.

Thank you,
Guy McCue

Welcome to the forum Guy! Great to have another new member on board. The conversion is digital from film is quite a learning curve, as you've no doubt discovered, but we'll be really pleased to help however we can.

Well thank you Guy and welcome aboard! Thanks for filling in your signature as well, it really helps with troubleshooting if necessary.
I look forward to your contributions.

Welcome, Guy! From anywhere near Montrose or New Milford/Harford area? I have a zillion distant cousins around there. Lake Tingley in Harford is named after a forbearer or at least distant relation. in time.

My Great Aunt used to live in New Milford and remembered seeing Twenty Mule team wagons in the valley as a child.

Hi Don,

ice to meet someone who knows the area. Did you know that there is a town called Northeast out near Erie, and I am careful how I start off with that. Quite often people don't hear eastern and think it is the other place. I live in the Sayre and Athens area(Bradford Co.). I do get into Susquehanna Co. for some pictures. One subject I work on is stone walls, and that is a pretty good county for them.

Talk to some more in the future.

Stonewalls for sure. Talk later!
