  • Lightroom Classic users who are running 13.3... 13.3.1 is now out with the following bug fixes:
    1. Location fields go missing after syncing the images
    2. Map Search is not returning a result
    3. There are no notifications for new likes in 13.3
    4. Crash while applying Remove on Windows
    5. When editing with Smart Previews instead of Originals, the source heal/clone area cannot be moved
    6. Mismatch between the brush size and the mask created
There are still outstanding new bugs, mostly around sync and writing to XMP, so if these are essential in your workflow, you may want to stick to 13.2 for now. See the list at the top of our blog post for more details.

Am I able to Sync my master photo collection ,to an external drive so the external drive mirrors ( including any changes made} my master photo collection} ?
Not within LrC, you need a dedicated 3rd party backup utility to do that. Some of our Windows users will no doubt be able to recommend their preferred solution.
To add to what @Jim Wilde said, any changes you made to your master photo collection in LrC are stored in the LrC catalog not in your original images (a subset might be stored in XMP files if you've configured LrC to "Automatically write changes in XML" or have manually invoked "Save Metadata to File"), so syncing your original images to an external drive is unlikely to "include any changes made".
