  • The December 2019 Lightroom updates are now available. Lightroom Classic is just bug fixes and new cameras in this release, but it fixes a whole load of macOS Catalina issues.
Lightroom (cloud-based service) has export options and direct import on iOS and the ability to contribute photos to someone else's account from the desktop/mobile apps.
The Missing FAQ and Edit Like a Pro eBooks are already updated for the changes.
  • Are you using the cloud-based Lightroom apps for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Apple TV and Web? Then you'll love my new book, Adobe Lightroom - Edit Like a Pro!

You'll learn how to use the Lightroom cloud ecosystem to organize, edit and share your photos. You'll also come to understand the thought processes used by professional photographers when they're editing their own photos, so you can transform your photos quickly and easily. And better still, the eBooks are updated for every release, so it's always up to date.

Hello, this seems a classic problem, but I cannot get thru with it.
Problem:
LR Classic: everything is synced: no sync activity, no uploading, downloading or pending
LR online: cloud symbol is not active, not showing syncing
LR CC: syncing 9 photos
I'm on a PC.
It seems impossible to see which files are syncing.
I made a log but cannot find those files either.
I rebuild the Sync Data in LR Classic, several times.
Nothing helps.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

In the filter bar of Lightroom, click on the Sync Status>Syncing option to see if that gives you a list of the files being synced. After that it'll be a case of trying to figure out why they're "stuck".

This was the option I was looking for, not obvious to find.....
That's why Victoria writes her books......if you have it in PDF format, simply type "sync status" into the Reader search bar, and you'll be on your way! Otherwise page 89/90.....
Pleased that the problem is solved.
